Combination Treatments
Some people come to me with a particular therapy in mind, perhaps because they haven’t tried it before or because they already know it works well for them.
While I believe that each of these treatments can be beneficial on its own, I also believe they can work even more effectively when combined. The body is interconnected, and an issue in one area can manifest in another in quite different ways, depending on the tissues involved and how we use our bodies.
My approach is therefore to look at the whole person and consider which combination of treatments may be most beneficial for you. This allows us to tailor your treatment to your individual needs rather than simply treating the area where you feel the problem.
