Your first appointment will include a thorough assessment, followed by your initial treatment. Together, we’ll then create a personalised treatment programme based on your individual needs, lifestyle and goals.

This may include a combination of treatments and simple exercises or self-care techniques that are realistic and manageable within your everyday life. We’ll agree on a timeframe and regularly review your progress, adapting your treatment as you move forward.

If you feel that ongoing support would be beneficial, I offer treatment packages with sessions purchased in advance at a 15% discount.
